Boiler installations and Servicing
Offering and range of Boilers for Installation includes; Worcester, Vaillant, Baxi and Viessmann.
Prices vary depending on installation usually between £1500-£2400 and includes a boiler of your choice, powerflush, room thermostat, CO alarm and disposing of rubbish.
Boiler Service - £70 (includes cleaning the condensate trap and topping up expansion vessel)
Unvented Cylinder Service - £70 (does not include price of new T+P relief valve)
Fault finding and diagnostics £40 per hour.
Plumbing Installation and Servicing
Offering a range of plumbing services from Bathrooms to Kitchens.
Basin taps - £40 Bath taps - £60
Fit new Bath/taps - £120
Electric Shower replacement - £70
Bath/Shower screen - £70
Shower Enclosure - £140
Toilet - £80 Kitchen taps - £50
Fit new Kitchen sink/taps - £120
Shower booster pump - £120
For sustained work over a number of days a day rate is available for plumbing works £200 per day 9am-5pm.
Heating Installation and Servicing
Offering a range of Heating services.
Change TRV/lockshield - £30
Radiator - £80
Motorised valve - £100
Powerflush with chemicals - £30 per radiator
Room thermostat or Nest/Hive - £70
Pump - £70
Balance Heating system, bleed radiators and top up with chemicals - £10 per radiator
Fault finding and diagnostics - £40 per hour
For sustained work over a number of days a day rate is available for heating works £200 per day 9am-5pm
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All Prices are for the replacement of existing fixtures with new and disposing of rubbish (does not include the cost of new fixtures).
No call out fee or a charge for quotes.
WMS offers a 12-month guarantee on any work carried out.
